I graduated from The King’s University in Edmonton, Alberta with my Bachelor of Commerce degree. My goal was to be a top sales executive, and from the first time I put on my “power suit” I realized the immense confidence it gave me! My favorite work outfit, which I call my “power suit,” is My TAHARI black pencil skirt, paired with a polka dot TAHRAI blazer. For a pop of color I put on my hot pink Ivanka Trump stilettos, my smart Fendi glasses & carry my Louis Vuitton. I usually accessorize minimally to portray sophistication & simplicity. There’s nothing like walking on stage in front of 100 people feeling bold & confident.

When you find “your store”- the store that you know fits, is good quality & looks amazing- you stick with it. For me, this has been Banana Republic & TAHARI. The ladies there know me by name, they know my size & likes… when I walk in they know exactly what I am after. You can NEVER have enough professional pencil skirts. I see younger generations with the shorter puffy skirts, and in my opinion, this tells your clientele/audience you’re fun/stylish, however, not serious or sharp.

I love being inspired by other women and inspiring them. Below are three quotes that have kept me going! As woman we multitask & conquer like no man will ever fully understand. In between our families, careers & crazy emotions… we must wake up with a new fresh, positive perspective every single day.

1.“A Negative mind will NEVER give you a positive life” – anonymous

2.“Don’t ruin a good today by thinking about a bad yesterday” – anonymous

3.“God didn’t promise days without pain, sun without rain, but He did promise strength
for the day and light for the way.” – @FamousWomen Twitter

I look forward to learning more about your business fashion tips & what inspires YOU!
